Top Quality Double Glazed Units!! No more steamy windows and a repaired door!

My old timber frame double glazing had steamed up glass so I approached South Lakes Windows Ltd for a free quote on new replacement windows .
I certainly didn't want cheap looking windows and the price seemed right for the quality, so I went ahead. I also had some pvc roofline and gutters installed.

The fitters were fantastic and certainly knew their product! They even carried out repairs on my existing front door without being asked and at no cost for the repair!

A new uPVC conservatory is next on my list and I know which window company I will choose!!

If it was not for the fact that I wanted to be nosy, and see what he new buildings at Low West End Claughton were like, I would not have discovered South Lakes Windows Ltd.

Upon entering their show room I was amazed at how modern double glazing has become and it was not much later in the day when their M.D. came to see what type of job I was interested in! A price was soon settled and upon speaking with my wife she would like a new back door which again was settled as far as price went. We were told it would take about two to three weeks to get the order ready and this was the case. When Garry arrived to do the job he soon got on with it and worked solid all day. I must say that the finished work was excellent and also the tidying up at the end of the day, when Gary had left you would not know anybody had been here except for the outstanding windows and a new back door.

I have no hesitation in recommending South Lakes Windows and their staff for the courteous and helpful way they conduct their business.

We are delighted with our double glazing. Steve promoted his product to us as a "high quality" product - It is and it has exceeded our expectations. We chose the sculptured style in golden oak which looks superb, particularly our large bay windows & porch. Our insulation is immediately improved, external noise significantly reduced and our property is more secure. Our Rockdoor in ruby red is the perfect finishing touch.

In terms of installation we were very impressed with Stuart, our main fitter, who worked his socks off & was accommodating and understanding. And thanks also to Gary who ultimately, together with Stuart, provided us with exactly what we wanted for our Bay window and porch.

We had a few niggles, however Steve was most receptive and these were all resolved to our satisfaction. Steve kept in touch and attended on a number of days to ensure work was progressing well - So - in summary we are very happy with the service we've received and with the product we have in place and would certainly use South Lakes Windows again.
