Peace of Mind
Bereco Ltd is a fully accredited member of the BM TRADA Q-Mark High Performance Timber Window Scheme. To achieve the TRADA Q-Mark every design of window has to undergo rigorous testing on a yearly basis. In addition to this our production facility undergoes annual auditing and is accredited under ISO9001:2001. The testing undertaken by Bereco Ltd ensures that the customer is always assured of a high quality product and an excellent level of service.
To manufacture bespoke timber windows and doors in large volumes with consistent lead times, significant investment in the latest technologies, factory automation, machinery and IT have been installed at the Bereco manufacturing base. This investment ensures the highest levels of quality control and perfectly produced joinery every time.
Only engineered defect free laminated timber, with radial or semi radial grain, is used on the entire product range. This allows Bereco to offer a product which has all the benefits of timber but none of the disadvantages.
Bereco are one of only a few companies within the UK to offer dual colour finishes on all products. Any combination of paint and stain colour can be specified giving flexibility in meeting the external aesthetics as well as the interior décor.
Durability- Paint System
Bereco Ltd uses a four-stage treatment process in its paint or stain finish allowing us to give exceptional warranties on all of our products. In addition to this any RAL colour can be used at no extra cost and dual colour finishes are available for a small charge.
All end grain is sealed and cleaned with deep penetrating preservatives specifically developed for use on the highly absorbent edges of sawn timber, protecting against all penetrating humidity.
Protective V joint sealant, highly resistant to weathering thanks to its flexibility and easy connection with primers and paints, is used on all Bereco products offering seamless finishing at window intersections.
Bereco Ltd adopts manufacturing techniques used on the continent to withstand harsh weather conditions in Western Europe, however the styles and profiles used in the manufacture of the windows are entirely British in aesthetics.
