We are a family owned and run business, set up by Steven and Jacqueline Lancaster, a husband and wife team, who have many years experience in this industry. Academically we are both legally trained and have also worked within the legal system, therefore we are able to advise and assist you with regards to any planning laws, conservation issues, technicalities surrounding listed buildings etc. We can help with these issues as part of our service and try to make it as hassle free process as possible.

We are situated in Claughton, near Lancaster. A beautiful converted barn in the countryside houses our extensive showroom where you can choose from an array of double glazing designs and view fully installed conservatories. All our products are manufactured to the highest possible standards from some of the industries most respected manufacturers. Our double glazed UPVC window frames, PVCu door panels and composite doors are from "The Ultimate Collection" and the brand new Tricept range by John Fredericks Plastics Ltd who have over 25 years of customer satisfaction and are a leader in the field of upvc double glazing and composite construction. Composite Rockdoor's are manufactured by "Rockdoor" who have an enviable reputation as the leading name in the composite door industry. Our conservatory frames are made by Ultraframe who are acknowledged as the world leader in the design and manufacture of conservatory roofing systems. Our traditional real timber windows and timber doors are manufactured by Bereco, another industry leader. As you can see, we have cherry picked not only the best products, but some of the best manufacturers too!

6. Will there be a lot of mess and disruption?

The product is only one aspect of our service to you. We have long-serving installation teams who have an excellent reputation. Your home is precious to you and we appreciate this. Our Installation teams pay attention to detail, ground sheet all areas, including from the front door to the working area. They make good all surfaces inside and out (rendering, plastering etc.), clean, polish and vacuum all the rooms that have been touched. We remove all debris and rubbish from your home at no extra cost to you.
